Reconnect layout
Two graphs showing a basis lay-out and a reconnected layout. The reconnect algorithm, is based on the well known beta algorithm which is use to construct small world graphs. Implemented in NetLogo, which produces a DOT output, and finally rendered in Graphviz.
The green edges in the basis layout, are coloured red in the reconnected layout. To make it a lot more easy to follow the changes made by the reconnection.
